TJSJ San Juan always crashing before SU9 Xbox S

Hello, I have a problem with the TJSJ airport in San Juan since after SU9, and with the current SU11, I cannot load the scenario because in a matter of minutes I have CTD, it is unusable, the stage loads without a problem but once in it it is enough to spend a while that PUM...CTD and it is every time I have tried to reinstall and it has not been solved, from one day to the next it stopped working when before it worked correctly until the SU8, any solution?

Ok, can you try with the default aircraft please? we received reports of people having issues with our aircraft and 3rd party airports. And if you fly our aircraft in other airports this doesn't happen?

I'm going to try but when the SU9 was with default planes I had a problem with black screens but I'll try again to see if the SU11 is solved. in other airports with the a319 almost no problem (except for some) and the a321 is more prone to failure but it depends on the size of the third party airport.

Also confirm you load the Inibuilds/Microsoft A310 without issue at TJSJ

I confirm that it works great with the a310, lucky that it's one of my favorite airports and it’s sad that I can't use it with your Airbus, when I select SCEL, LEMD and LEBL from your product there is no problem, it's only in TJSJ that gives me problems to the point of giving CTD with the a319 and the a321

This is very odd, our TJSJ is not that more performance hungry than say LEMD.

Can you test our aircraft with the default TJSJ? probably something in the San Juan area

I just tried it and there is no problem either, what I have seen is that there is a problem with the default terrain of the simulator that has half of the airport with the texture deleted, more specifically on the side of the head of runway 10 up to the middle with terminal included
