Apologies for the late response. I understand how frustrating it can be to experience an issue with an aircraft. I fly them almost daily, and I personally overlook and work around some things that I would like to see improved.
I do not have an answer for you at this time about your specific issue. However, there is an update currently being worked on that will address many issues that users reported.
I cannot speak for Ricardo why you haven't received a response, but what I can tell you he has been very busy with the development team working on the update.
