A330-200, questions before purchase

Hello Ricardo, I've seen the news about the release of the A332, and I had a bit of time for checking the screenshots at the Marketplace. It looks interesting. I have a couple of questions:

1) Does this bird feature the avionics upgrade you have been talking about?
2) Is it there a way to purchase this bird from outside the Marketplace? As of now, my government (through my bank) levies me VAT if I purchase through Steam, but it doesn't if I use, for example, your own store.
