Good Day,
I just purchased Arex for North America and Europe but having a problem with activation.
After downloading the exe. files from LVFR, Contrail asks me to insert my serial number upon which they say "this serial number does not exist" for both products.
Please help me with this matter as I am looking forward to see what it looks like in MSFS 2020.

open contrail.
left bottom corner click 'connect' with latinvfr.com put your email and password and it should work. let me know
