How do I get updates for KSNA

I purchased KSNA back in 2017 directly through the website. I have a valid serial number and a version of the 1.2 installer. I know there's a 1.3 installer floating around somewhere and people have made this scenery work on P3DV4. How do I get access to an updated installer?

Hi, it depends from where did you buy it? wherever you bought there should be the installer for p3dv4.

As I said, I bought it directly from your website before you had the storefront up and running. The paypal payment went directly to your E-Mail address and the download links are no longer valid.

Any customer with similar situation they should email us directly since its a customer solution directly, this kind of issues.
