Hi, I purchased KSNA about 2 years ago and up until now I've had no issues with it. Now there are craters, a lot of the buildings are missing and it looks like the elevation is off. I've tried to run Orbx vector tool but I cant enable or disable the elevation correction there as KSNA doesn't show up. I've tried reinstalling but that didn't work either. I can't even find the uninstaller in the location stated in the manual. I haven't changed anything on my system nor have I changed any settings. I also have not installed or uninstalled anything other than KSNA itself. Please help as I'm at a loss for any further ideas.

And you must have had a new addon installed recently for you to have this issue. let us know

https://imgur.com/a/tih8P1T. the last addon I installed was ORBX Orlando cityscape and that was about 2 weeks ago. also I'm getting that "unhandled exception" in the configurator whenever I try to change a setting especially in the Jetways section.

Hi, you would need to uninstall and re-install KSNA

go to your documents/ prepar3d addons/ KSNA and delete that folder of KSNA

then go to latinvfr/latinvfr/KSNA and delete it also

re-install the product and then open the configurator as administrator.

from the images you seem to have some issues with terrain, probably caused by another addon, but after you do what I say please resend another image.

Hi, it looks like everything is ok except do the runways and taxiways look correct meaning the color? I do have REX texture direct installed but I thought REX was not supposed to change anything with payware airports?

Hi, that's the intended colors, on the product screenshots you can see that they look the same. At the time of development that was the color on the runways/taxiways.

you're right, I just saw a video of the real airport taken about 4 months ago and that is actually how it looks. thanks for your help. it looks much better now.
