A318 IRS Issue

I have set the switches to nav and then enter the info into the MCDU for the flight and the screens are still now showing correctly. I have searched for the answer high and low and is this a bug at this point that the IRS will not align? I turn on the batteries and then set the three switches to NAV and have waited and waited and waited. Way past 7 min and still nothing. Am I missing something to set in the MSDU? Is anyone else having this issue?

On the MCDU there is no IRS INIT on the Init. Shows Lang and long. Watching the video from the website the MSDU is different. No way to do the IRS Align.

We received a similar report from someone saying they don't have the IRS init. Either they haven't updated all the planes. Or some problem with the installation.
