Stutters in the new lemd

Hi there again stutters are back wen using the fs labs sim objects shadows unticked and no animations turned on and it stutters like mad just on the outside views that’s why I don’t understand it should be the opposite something it’s messing this scenery up big time and it’s a shame really funny enough with the new NGXu it’s not bad will wait to see if you can find a solution as it’s the only airport that I have doing this kind of stuff and in the day light which supposed to be easier
