It was alluded that your team may look into doing a current KFLL since the other developer has been saying for years they were going to update their product and have not. Any chance you can give an update on your decision? I know you guys would put out an outstanding product.

Thank you

We would love to do KFLL, the sloped runway is nice! but we need to know for sure that the other developer won't update theirs the moment we announce that we are working on it.

In all honesty its a small community and we try to not to step over each other... you know what I mean.

If they won't do it, expect us announcing it...

I did not even know that KFLL has sloped runway!!

If you plan to make KFLL scenery, I hope it would include all airline logos on all jetways, please as it is in real world.

Thanks,

Aharon

In reality this is a free market, any developer may release any scenery/airport they like. Lets see what happens in the near future. We would love to get our hands on that sloped runway. It is sloped because it passes in top of US1.

Also true, there is a reason I upgraded to ksan V2 vs going with the other guy. That sloped runway would be amazing to see in sim. As always appreciate what you guys do.

Ft. Lauderdale would definately be ideal. Now if it were to come from the "other" developer which I feel I know the one, it would only be for Prepar3D as with you it would also be for FSX.....I'm hoping! :D There's been major changes as you and I both know (I live down in Brickell myself) with the extra runway and 2 new terminals. Just letting you know I'm crossing my fingers that you'll end up being the developer doing the scenery in the near future for both platforms!

Hi Ricardo,
It might interest you to know that FSDT's KFLL no longer works for 32 bit and people who are running Vista. So for all those people want to re-install KFLL all they will get is an error message. Also they have decided they will no longer build for FSX.

So, if you needed any reasons to go ahead and build KFLL for FSX I say go right ahead. I live 20 minutes away from Hollywood-Ft. Lauderdale Airport and I can tell you it's a great airport. It's not too big not too small and very user friendly. The new runway is outstanding. The aircraft using that runway take off parallel to Griffen Rd. We were just over there the other day. Now that I can't use the other version of KFLL I am homeless and don't have a home field Very sad. HELP! :(

Hi All,

thanks for the suggestion on KFLL, like I said we will love to do it, let us see what FSDT comes up with or state in the coming months.. Like I said as a virtual pilot I love that sloped runway and would love to have that in my sim, and very much I would love to develop that in the future.

I just wanted to add to this request. I reached out to the other dev about FLL and didn't hear anything back. However, they just released an outlook of their upcoming "revisits" and FLL is not on that list at the moment. No complaints here... they do excellent work and it looks like they have a lot on their plate for the upcoming future.

If you were to tackle FLL and needed any reference photos or information regarding Fort Lauderdale and the expansions and upgrades at the airport, I'd be more than happy to help out! I'm a pilot based in the South Florida area, so I'm always around.

I think it would be cool to see FLL version 2019 brought to the sim!

Thanks for the consideration...

Jordan
