Mesh issue flipping PMDG over at LEMD

Hello Riccardo,
I have just purchased the LEMD scenery for P3Dv5. I loaded a flight at Gate 576 with the PMDG 747-400 at almost max TO weight and attempted to taxi to RW 36L via A23, A22, A21, B1, B2, Z1.
On Taxiway A23 at around 8-10kts the airplane suddenly flipped over, did something like a half somersault and then stood there with massively shaking wings as they would happen in heavy turbulence. Eventually the airplane was still usable and I attempted to continue, entering RW36L from Z1 the same thing happened again. This time not as extremely as before, the plane was still usable. I set takeoff power and at some point, I can't tell where exactly but approximately 1000m down the runway the flip happened a third time screwing up my view and the whole plane.
I am very active in the PMDG forum and know about some issues at some airports (of some people in certain situations etc etc). Apparently issues like these happen at certain airports that "trick" elevation, have bridges etc. In my case I have taxied the PMDG 744 over bridges in T2G's Munich, DD's Moscow (UUEE) and Digital Design's Leipzig and haven't had any problems at all.
So I went to discover your Madrid airport a bit and as the P3D slew mode often exposes issues with the mesh/terrain I used it to look at these particular spots at the airport. I made a video of what I found and will add it below.
Also I taxied down RW36L with the Realair plane in the video and found some "heavy" bumps at some places that also might have caused this problem.
I would normally ask PMDG first whether they had a possibility to fix that but as far as I know they haven't been able to reproduce these issues at the other before mentioned airports and hence see it as a P3D or scenery developer problem. After all their aircraft just taxies along. Now that I found these mesh issues in the Madrid scenery I decided to ask you first.
Is there anything you can think of what you could do? OR: is this acutally an issue on MY end? I installed the airport just yesterday and haven't made a single flight from or to it with a heavy airplane.
I have seen some questiones in other threads so I have 84 files in my LEMD scenery folder, I use ORBX OC Europe, latest version of P3D5 and did a reinstall of client, and scenery.
Here the video: https://youtu.be/ofd1nx4Yfu0. I did a short tour across the airport at the end so you can have a brief look at the airport, maybe you notice something that might help.
Thank you
Marc
