After 2nd restart of the computer MSFS stopped showing LEBL was installed and could "redownload" it again. Solved.

Where is LEBL installed?
I got LEBL bought using MSFS Marketplace. It's still showing me 1.0.5 version but when I try to update it it says "Update failed". Wanted to remove it completely - can't do that.
