Cant get purchase link

Hi:
I purchased KEYW and CYVR from you on 9/23/2020. I just tried to relocate the purchase and reinstall only to find out that the link to DigitalRiver, your ecommerce provider, only had the link valid for 30 days, so my receipt tells me it expired 10/23/2020. I've gone through their account recovery process and reset my login/password numerous times and it still wont allow me to log in and retrieve the items I've purchased. What other way to do you have for your customers to get their products?
