Problem with KMSY for MSFS 2020 download

I just purchased and downloaded KMSY for MSFS 2020 Via Contrail. Initial download and install indicated that the process was complete. But when I clicked on OPEN, the installation is still in progress with only 99% complete. I checked the Community folder for MSFS 2020 and the airport is not in the folder. The new airport is also not in the sim. I let the installation still in progress with only 99% complete run for at least 30 Minutes, and it is still not compete! Your assistance will be appreciated!!

this was due to an error in the installation file.
The file has been replaced and tested, the download and installation should now perform normally.
