since p3d5 support slope runway for traffic, should we keep alive this dll?

Yes, because the way KFLL is done, even with sloped runway capabilities of P3dv5, we would still need the .dll.
The sloped runway in KFLL passes on top of a road, and even if we wanted to re-do it in P3dv5 we wouldn't have achieved it to look as realistic as it is without the sloped.dll

Thanks for your answer Ricardo, today i landed there runway 28r. I want to know why the scenery IS so long to load, i had the same problem with lfll from digital design, but not other airports i own

If you have KMIA from us, it may be due to loading all the textures and also loading the default surrounding area.
