Scenery Issues -KMIAv4 for P3Dv4

I looked here and in FSX product support and did not see anything regarding what I see happening on my machine, so thought I'd bring this to your attention:

In P3D v4.3 and in FSXSE (stand alone install): At runway hold points, the "blinking lights" rise and lower (animate up and down), and are in front of the "light casings" at the hold point. As I cannot insert a screen capture, I hope you can "see" what I am saying. I don't remember the lights doing this is earlier version(s).

I remember asking about this and the support team told me that is how it supposed to be in order to get that effect.

We are devising a new new method to animate these lights in a future update of KMIAv4.

Thank you Kevin_28 and RicardoLVFR for the responses. Can imagine with the switch to 64-bit that P3D made some rather interesting changes as to how certain animations work now.
