(solved) KMIA v5.1 morphing ground poly poking through
Hi guys,
I have a problem lately with KMIA v5.1. The problem consists of morphing patches of what seems to be a low-res ground poly poking through the airport surfaces. I though this was due to the rain, but when turning off the rain, it stayed. You can see it in the screenshots that I uploaded to Imgur here.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
Cheers
Lars

Hi, that's a painful image.
It seems you did not properly uninstall v4 or any previous version. Both V5 and a previous version of KMIA is present there. I can even see different shapes on the J terminal which we adjusted in V5 and textured differently also. So verify that.
The uninstaller will also remove the SODE jetways from the old scenery, which seem to be there, so my bet it is V4.

Thanks. I uninstalled v5 and deleted all remnants of it. Then I re-installed it, but it still has these problems here
What next?

Hi, its not V5 which you must uninstall, is V4. Please confirm you uninstalled v4.

Re: KMIA v5.1 morphing ground poly poking through
I uninstalled v4 back before I installed v5. Apparently, I didn't check the installation thoroughly back then, or else I would have found these errors earlier.
So I guess the only way to re-uninstalll v4 is by installing and uninstalling it again, or else I have no idea how to perform this.

Hi, we provided the uninstaller for V4 when we released V5, would you like me to give you the link by private message?

Hi, I wasn't aware of this. Yes, that would be very nice if you could provide me with this unistaller.

Re: KMIA v5.1 morphing ground poly poking through
Thanks, received and tried, but to no effect at all.
Could you please tell me where to point the uninstaller at? "To the location of the v4-installation" would be the logical answer I guess, but since I already manually uninstalled v4 some time ago, I don't know where to point at.

Hi, just let the uninstaller run normally, don't point it to any other folder.
Send me pictures again of what you have, like you initially did.
