A320 CEO MSFS / Xbox Series S

Dear Team,

I would like to inform you about current issues I am facing with A320ceo.
The problem is that, when i load the A/C A320 CFM engines, the screen and the tablet is blank. Unfortunately nothing I can do to get the screens and the tablet to came alive. Could you please kindly advise, maybe there are some issues with the latest version?

If I am choosing the A320 IAE engines, all goes well.

hi ricardo im having same issue on all your aircraft as this person is i use pc also dome light not working pls can u check all your aircraft as they all have same issue FYI i did uninstall all aircraft and reinstalled still same issues

sorry a330 working ok but a319 a318 and a321 no displays no tablet working no doem light either

I do not have the picture now, but I will take it for sure.
Normally, as I made a research, most of the guys are facing it. You can find in on youtube, on google and etc. As far as I am aware is that the problem contains with LVFR as it is appearing on A330 (as per above), A320 (in my situation).

Unfortunately this is a performance issue. It not only happens with our planes but others even default in XBOX S.

Solution is not to fly on big airports. We are working on optimizing and making things better so this doesn't happen. Our apologies in the meantime.

im having blank screen and no display issues at every airport i been to also dome light doesnt work . Also did u get my pics if not here u go again

Yes, the issue is the same to me as well. It doesn't matter which airport, the screens are black. I believe LVFR should do something about it before asking for refunds...
