Simbrief Flight plan to FMC

Just wondering im on the a330 and hit sunc flight plan but how come it does so the exact route that is in the pdf file of flight plan! For example im ddoing a KDFW/KSTL and on the Kayla3 STAR i should be coming in Jexav but when i synced the flight plan it had a point that wasnt even on the flight plan then has me coming from hebna which normally wouldnt make sense since im coming from the south! But when i try to redo the arrival on the fmc puts me in the same flight plan! Just wondering if there is something else i need to do? Thanks! Love the plane!

Whoops doesnt do the exact route thats on the flight plan pdf

you need to check the departure and arrivals set on the cdu. Re confirm and you may have to actually select the correct one if there is an issue.
