Coordinates over the Pond
Is it correct that at the moment you cannot import a flight plan from Simbrief that contains coordinates, for example for a flight over the ocean? This is probably due to the format in which Simbrief uses the coordinates, right? Will this be fixed? If you use the flight plan via the MSFS planner, the coordinates are entered differently in the MCDU and then it works. How do you convert the coordinates of Simbrief until this is fixed?

Problem is the default way of the flight planning system which will be replaced by our modded version in the coming weeks with the avionics and cdu updates.

And then the A330 takes over the coordinates from Simbrief so that you can import an over the pond flight?RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 9:44 pmProblem is the default way of the flight planning system which will be replaced by our modded version in the coming weeks with the avionics and cdu updates.

Won't be able to load those coordinates on the cdu at this time.AviationLife wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 10:53 pmAnd then the A330 takes over the coordinates from Simbrief so that you can import an over the pond flight?RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 9:44 pmProblem is the default way of the flight planning system which will be replaced by our modded version in the coming weeks with the avionics and cdu updates.

Re: Coordinates over the Pond
So if you convert the coordinates from Simbrief into 4-digit coordinates and enter the route manually then it works great. This is how I got from Germany to America and back. So everything is a really great aircraft if the following is fixed: Import of Simbrief also of coordinates, VNAV integration, Autoland, more functions in the FMC (Fix Ring, BRG/DIS, changing waypoint constraints, etc.), understeering from the nose wheel, repair the upper beacon light, change the mirrored registration on one side of the Condor and what else comes to mind is the engine sound is too quiet. All played on Xbox X. Otherwise, thank you so much for the beautiful plane!RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2023 12:57 amWon't be able to load those coordinates on the cdu at this time.AviationLife wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 10:53 pmAnd then the A330 takes over the coordinates from Simbrief so that you can import an over the pond flight?RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 9:44 pmProblem is the default way of the flight planning system which will be replaced by our modded version in the coming weeks with the avionics and cdu updates.
