A319 CRASHING- XBOX SERIES X

Hello guys.
Three days ago I got the A319 package. Result: two crashes in three flights.
I’m so surprised because I also have ur A321 and it’s worked very well so far…
The first crash was in the middle of the flight. The second one happened just before approach.
I don’t have add-ons of airports or cities… I just use live weather and no other online features.
To be fairly honest I’d like it to be fixed asap…

So you don't have this issue with the 321, basically doing the same type of flights you don't get it on the 321?

and do the crash happen when you are changing views? can you tell me more or less when?

No so far I’ve never had issues with A321…
Personally I change camera some times during every flight and with every type of plane. But I’ve never had a crash while changing camera. Maybe some moments after, but after considerable seconds…
For example the first crash with A319 was outside of the cockpit and the second one was inside.
I absolutely don’t want to be impatient or rude or so guys, never my intention. But I spent 24,99€ and it feels it doesn’t work very well for me… have u any idea if u can solve this or… ?

Hi, we understand your frustration and we want to help. But also notice that you aren't the only one using it on XBOX series X and not many people are reporting this issue. So there might be something at play in your system.

The 321neo had this issue early on and we fixed it, and then when we released the 319 we made sure the same issues of the 321neo don't happen. So this is why we are puzzled. If yo got no issues with the 321neo, it doesn't make sense you have issues with the 319.

So you only tried 2 flights and on the 2 flights you get this problem. You never done more than 2 to see if this keeps happening?

Not yet and to be honest I don’t know if it’s worth it to keep using it. Two crashes in three flights is much and msfs is my only “free time” in the day so I don’t wanna it to be ruined by CTDs to be honest.
And I don’t know how it can be a problem of mine. I’ve basically never experienced CTDs before. My Wi-Fi is okay and I just use live weather. So I’m not on multiplayer or with live traffic…
I don’t know what to do…
(I’ve also already tried to reinstall the pack)

Like I said, we want to help.

There are literally thousands of people who use the 319 in XBOX and if the situation was like this the forums would be full of people telling us this.

He did not get any CTD's.

Like I said we want to help but we need more info. We would like for you to at least replicate that flight the person who did that video, if you can, if not a shorter flight.

Our goal is to help everyone and we need to get more to know.
