KMSY poor performance

KMSY poor performance
I just purchased KMSY and installed version 1.3. I am running P3D v4.4. I am running an i7-6700k overclocked to 4.5ghz with a gtx 970 video card and 16GB of RAM. I am getting FPS of 9 to 20 (but typically around 15) after starting the engines in the PMDG 737 NGX. It is also nearly impossible on approach as it is like a slideshow. I don't have this problem at any other airports and I have tried tweaking settings. Attached are the settings I am using currently.

hi, please try 4MSAA on the AA
and have you unselected all additional options in the scenery configurator? detailed interior and clutter takes a lot, let me know.
