KFLL Runway 28L and surrounding taxiways mesh issues

Hi,

Runway 28L has an abrupt (not very smooth) slope up about half way down and the taxiway slope next to it
are pretty messed up. Any fixes or troubleshooting I can do? The only other scenery I have in the area is LatinVFR KMIA. The rest is out of the box.
