So sorry extremely puzzled as to what's going on here. Did you direct the installer to install the scenery in a separate drive?

No, I only have the one drive. I even tried installing it outside of FS9, and then manually moving both folders into my scenery folder. No go. Tried renaming the file folders themselves, thinking maybe FS9 didn't like something about the names. No go. Thinking maybe something went wrong with the download, I went and got a fresh one (took longer to download than the first one, so I thought that was a good sign), and installed that. Didn't work.
