3) gap in the cockpit floor so big you can see the landing gear (left side when looking front to back, or if looking out the cockpit windshield, left side along the back wall has the gap)

all of these modelling fixes were fixed on the A330-200 most recent version

Do the cabin lights at night still bleed through the top of the fuselage??
