With the recent version you can logoff and login again in the EFB. Please check.

I have tried I successfully logged out but then it just shows 000000 and when I click on it it won’t change

ok go to the "simbrief' (where the flight info is) icon, and its going to ask you there for the ID, you can put it there, but not on the 'settings page'
