I have uninstalled all add ons in regions affected and no change - still have default vehicles at default Nice Airport.
I am not sure there is anything else I can do without uninstalling every add on (including out of affected region).
I guess I will have to live with it.

Yes, I need all addons except AREX Europe uninstalled. Just to confirm its not a problem with AREX.

I hope you help me find out which addon is, we already pin pointed to one addon in the UK and they updated it.

Unfortunately I have quite a few add ons and they are in Contrail app/orbx and also via marketplace.
It will take me too long to uninstall them all to track this down I am afraid.
So sorry cannot help any further but thanks for your help with this.
