A320ceo crashes when trying to start a flight (xbox series s)

I recently bought the a320 ceo on the Xbox series s, my first few flights were fine, but now I am unable to load into a flight without the entire sim crashing. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the same airports ? can you tell us where are you trying to load and what other addons are there?
