KSAN texture issue

I have this issue. And i feel i might have a outdated version. The Version i have is
LatinVFR_KSAN_P3Dv4_2.3.exe And as i bought it from Flightsim Store. I can no longer update my version as they have closed down YAY.

Well i contacted support. And we had a good email run but it all dried up after i was unable to produce a copy of my receipt from FSS which no longer exist. So what am i to do. Bit the bullet and buy a new one. Or go else where?

Thankyou for sorting me out :)
Installed well and got rid of those numbered textures.
Although i have noticed a shimmer over the airport and if you look at the 2 pics there is a large black area top right (Thats my install) that isnt shown (2nd pic) in the youtube that i viewed.
Is this a elevation issue? or masking?
I am running Orbx global, OpenLC NA and Vector
