Cannot pushback only when i have a flight plan created

Whenever i create a flight plan in the main menu (e.g EGLL-LEMD)and select high altitude airways and then select a departure and an arrival i cannot select the pushback feature on atc.

However, if i do not select a flight plan the i can select the pushback back feature as per usual with all other aircraft.

Any help would be appreciated many thanks

you should be able by tuning ground services on the radio, the same way as with the default a320neo. You tried this?

This is not related to the aircraft, every time you create a flight plan via world map you need to ask first for clearance via ATC menu and the the pushback button will show. If you don't want to ask for clearance just press shift + P

Hi thank you so much for your help.
Turns out this was the issue and i was not requesting clearance before hand.
Would’ve thought playing this game for over a year i would’ve remembered that.
But once again thank you for your help and really enjoying the product.
