A320ceo cockpit panels & tablet go black on short final.

New to the forum here.

I just bought the A320ceo for the xbox series x.

Love the new functionality, a big step up from the default A320neo. Thank you guys.
I have the fleet of your Airbus aircraft, 318, 319, 321, and now the 320ceo along with several airports in the U.S.

My 1st flight in the 320 I had some issues using the tablet shortly after takeoff that ended up freezing the in cockpit camera, then my airbus captain pack x was no longer responding to my inputs. Shortly after that, my mouse and keyboard stopped working.

I was trying to get metar weather info for my destination airport on the tablet which brought up the keyboard prompt, then everything went south, as described above, resulting in a CTD.

2nd flight was shorter.

I did not bother with using the tablet for anything on this flight. I made it to final approach when the panels and the tablet went black.

I did not lose engine or electrical power as I was able to land using visual queues. When I exited the runway and headed towards the gate, another CTD.

Still love all these aircraft and will still continue to use them. Just wanted to let you know.

Not sure what I can do to correct these issues.

This is noted, we are getting a lot of feedback as the amount of people using the plane want from a few dozen to hundreds/thousands in a matter of days. So we will address all major issues. Our apologies in the meantime.

I purchased this afternoon and haven’t made it off the stand. Each time I get about 5 mins in the displays go black.

what airports are you flying? can you try default airports?

This issue is a massive issue across all MSFS. Massive thread here about the issue:

I am having the same issue on Xbox and it happens with the default A320neo. Seems to be heavily linked to 3rd party airports over 1GB in size, but can happen on smaller ones or even the default ones. There is list being created of things to do to help prevent the black screens.

Yep it’s going to be this. I was flying from Gatwick third party and as soon as I’ve deleted it it worked.
