Cannot Login to LatinVFR Store

Hey everybody, happy new year,

I recently purchased the KMIA Miami scenery for P3D on my laptop. I went to log in through my PC to install the scenery. However, I forgot my password. I went to create a new password with my email, however, it says that my email is not in use. This is really unusual because I am positive that I used the correct email.
