Jetways falling short

Hello, why all the Jetways at LEBL fall short off the plane... They do no extend enough to touch the plane... See attached screenshot.

Would you please have a look?

This is an issue which the only remedy is to park the nearest to the jetway to avoid. We apologize.

2 questions then:

1 - Why then the jetways are working fine at LEBL with AI Traffic (FSLTL). Jetways are well extended and connect with AI Traffic.
2 - Why jetway connection works fine with other airports (defaults one, or mod airports)?

Hello, here are screenshots of the AI Traffic using FSLTL that are well connected. Connection is good at different gates... Heavy, medium... It is not connected well with my plane and I tried it with all type of gates (Heavy, medium, small) at LVFR LEBL. Working good with all other airports!

Hi again, copy/paste does not work. No matter anyway. Did you receive the screenshots I sent via the link where you can clearly see that AI planes are connecting properly to jetways? You can see that there are small planes and bigger AI planes that a re correctly connected.

So the question is still the same, why is it working good with AI planes and not user's plane?
