KBWI - primary active runways

Post by e4logics » Sun Dec 11, 2022 1:57 pm

BWI is my home airport. I know based on the wind direction and speed the primary runways would be takeoff 28 land 33L. Takeoff 15R land 10. After the last update I notice when the winds are at 70 - 80 degrees at 5 knots runway 10 is the active runway and not 15r. It use to be at least be 15R. Is this a MSFS thing?

it is definitely an MSFS thing.

If you had KBWI disabled (not installed) would you get the same issue?

Yep it is MSFS. Anyway to force to 15R?

I posted a similar issue in the MSFS Support area earlier today...sorry, did not see this one. In addition to the OP's comments which are correct, I am seeing 737's use 15L/33R which is the small GA runway. Is there a way to just disable that runway for AI? I just did a scenery rebuild on a smaller airport using the SDK and you can assign runways as primary/secondary or disable them.
