a321 neo crashes at every flight on PC

Dear LVFR,

I bought your a321 the first day it came out. Unfortunately I got CTD-s 2-5 minutes after loading the plane into MSFS (PC, MS store version). Sadly I had to delete it and am unable to use my purchase. Could you please confirm that you are working on a stability update?
I have no issues at all with any other addons (PMDG, FBW, CS, Virtualcol, Aerosoft, etc) and had not experienced a CTD for weeks before this. I did try it out at my home airport with well tested scenery, having no other elements installed.

Hi, is this while on the cockpit or changing views?

is there a specific moment when the CTD happens? and you are not using any mod of our A321?

Also what "Global rendering quality" are you using?

Thanks for the fast reply!
It happens both when changing views on the outside and staying static in the cockpit, unfortunately.
No, I did not use any mod for it, only the 'vanilla' a321.
Rendering quality is custom (mainly mid).

Ok, can you try just to confirm, please stay inside the cockpit as much as you can.

Let me know if staying in the cockpit doesn't trigger the CTD

Did a full flight without moving out of the cockpit: no CTD-s! This has to do something with the exterior then? Or in general less heavy on the system staying in the flight deck?
Yes, I have decent performance with other payware aircrafts, no crashes whatsoever.
