No Download Link for my purchase

I have purchased static aircraft for MSFS2020. I have received emails from LVFR for account and forum registration, and Paypal confirmation of order but no email containing the download link. The order appears in my LVFR account but the link only links back to the store page. Please can you advise me where I can download the product please?

Hi, you need to open the contrail app, first download it getcontrail.com install it then open it and then login to it finding latinvfr.com and using your credentials to login to latinvfr.com there. let us know
