Purchase and Download Problem

I am having difficulty with the ordering/download process.

Using PayPal, I paid $15.99 for the MSFS 2020 San Diego Scenery. After the ordering process, I received an email from LVFR my purchase was successful.

However, when I thought I was downloading KSAN from your website, I was actually downloading an app named Contrail. Contrail appears to be a purchase app that LVFR, and other vendors, are using to manage part of the purchase process, including the downloading of products.

Unfortunately, I never received the serial number I need to proceed with Contrail?

How can I get the serial number?
