AREX NA Little red tug without operator

Hello,
I purchased a couple of days ago AREX North America. I already own other AREX regions (South America, Asia Pacific, and Europe).
I noticed that often, in small GA parkings, there is a "manual" small red tug, which should be operated by a human, but no one is showing (See screenshots attached).
This looks very weird, is it a bug or it's intended to be this way?
Please note that default FS2020 small GA tug has the operator using it.

I'm on PC and I have emptied my community folder and restarted the sim before taking the screenshots.

We removed the human, as its not real world realistic. You are parked in a GA ramp in real life and you don't have those people doing that. And mostly no one pushes back from a GA ramp stand anyways.

We removed it because of that.

Sure, actually this is only in North America. As in other parts of the world, General Aviation is not as casual and informal as in the US. So in Europe, Asia, etc you will get those humans.
