Missing trucks (ground services) after AREX Middle East Africa

Hello

I bought AREX Middle East Africa. After installation, I can no longer activate the Baggage Truck and the fuel truck when I call them by ATC.
Only the catering truck is functioning properly.

I have not encountered this problem with the other AREX products that I have also purchase. I have nothin on community folder except A320 FBW and AREX products.

Can you help me to resolve this problem ?

this can happen in certain gates. Can you try in a HEAVY or MEDIUM gate?

it still does not work on Heavy and MEDUIM gate. I tried on several airports

OIIE, LFMN and FAOR
No ladder truck and no fuel truck when i call it

AREX MIDDLE EAST AFRICA appears well in the content manager of MSFS.

Hello, we checked OIIE, and we got all services. BTW, LFMN is Europe.

As for the fuel truck, it may get delayed depending on the size of the airport. Though for OIIE it appeared quickly

I uninstalled AREX Middle East Africa to test and everything works. I reinstalled and it doesn't work anymore.

strange, if you remove all addons in community folder with the exception of AREX middle east, would it work?

I can confirm this issue on my end.
LVFR KMIA A32nx dev version at gate D36.
VerticalSim KFAY with CRJ700 at gate A3A.

Except mine is only fixed when I uninstall Arex Tropics & South America.

It only happens at US airports. All other regions are working ok with AREX (I have all regions)

Hello,
I uninstalled everything in the "Community" directory and it works.
I only installed Arex Middle East Africa and the problem comes back.
This is really a problem specific to AREX

I would like to point out that I did not have this problem when I bought AREX Africa. It happened later, after the SU7? I don't really remember
