SCEL v2.2 Update

Richardo...I noted in your .pdf update information that a complete update of P3Dv4.4 was required. I only updated Client and Content to v4.4. Do I need to do Scenery too?

Really enjoying SCEL. Looking forward to PBR enhancement. Would like to see SPLM/SPJC updated.
