Pilot plus UK airports-AREX Europe problem
Hi Ricardo,
Oh dear, the mystery continues then.
Very sorry you had to go to the expense of buying the product yourself only to find that it didn't confirm what was happening for me.
I bought these products via Orbyx Central and will redownload them and reinstall.
The good news for you and your excellent product is this is, as you say, something to do with my set up and not the wider flight sim community.
Thanks again for all of your help.
Cheers
Terry

Re: AREX Europe - Default ground traffic in UK only
Hi Ricardo,
I had an email response to my raised ticket at Pilot Plus
"I am sorry to hear that, I think I may understand what is causing this.
I assume it's likely due to the fact that we have utilised custom "Living World" files, this file simply allows us to define the types of vehicles that should be present in and around the airport.
To test this, you can always try the following steps (will remove the living world config, potentially causing unwanted vehicles at the airport):
1) Locate the "LivingWorld_Config" folder in London Oxford or London Southend
2) Open the folder and delete the .SPB file found inside.
3) Back out to the top level of the folder, and find the layout.json file
4) Find the lines relating to the living world file, and delete these before saving changes"
I followed these instructions and this resolved the problem.
I thought I'd post this here in case anyone else had this issue with their system.
Cheers

Can you please tell them that customizing that file will alter hundreds of airports in the UK/Ireland region.
So if they can update their airport by removing that alteration to such file will be great, considering their sole intent is just one or two airports not hundreds in the UK/Ireland.

Re: Pilot plus UK airports-AREX Europe problem
Hi Ricardo, I have gone through most of my UK airports and have found that none of them have liveries on the airport vehicles that should have them, they are all blank. I'll carry on looking to see if I can find any that do have liveries. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
