Miami taxi ribbon

When I land into Miami there's no taxi ribbon to show where the gate is. I get the taxi ribbon on taxiing for takeoff to the runway but nothing on landing. I came into runway 8R and was going to gate D5 and no taxi ribbon to direct me to gate D5. Instead I had to figure it out. Hopefully, you can fix it since Miami is not a small airport.

Hi, I don't think there is a real issue with this. But will check again. We tested this in the past.

It's always been a problem for me. It could be the taxi ribbon doesn't go to that specific gate. I have no problem on departure as the taxi ribbon is visible but landing and coming into like gate D5 or around there which American uses for flights from Orlando.

I’ve been having this issue as well. Noticing it more frequently than in the past. Only happens when flying into KMIA not out.

Has the team been able to test this lately? I can’t get a taxi ribbon to ever work when flying and IFR flight plan into KMIA anymore.

Hi Ricardo,

I can't seem to get it to work any way I try it. Not sure why, but I ask for taxi to gate and it'll say taxi to gate f14 for example but they provide no instructions, hence no arrows appear.

I have narrowed it down to Jets. If you're in a GA aircraft the taxi instructions work and you get a ribbon but if you're in an Airbus or Boeing it won't. Can you test with the A320 and 747? See screenshots below.
