Hi Ricardo,RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 1:00 pmIt happens on some video cards/hardware on all PBR scenery
As we're very very close to P3D v4.5 release now - the improvements to PBR handling should help with this issue.
I'm however very curious about that "some video cards / hardware" statement. Do you have any more info on that? I have tested plenty of PBR-enabled scenery and have not seen similar issues arise - even to the combination of using the exact same plane and having long 12h+ flights.
Best wishes,

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Hi good question, many of the people I consulted and participated in developer forums said that there might be a cooling issue with some video cards.. flying for 12 hours crossing continents on a heavy performance aircraft such as PMDG777 can cause that.coleybwoy wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2019 5:06 pmHi Ricardo,RicardoLVFR wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 1:00 pmIt happens on some video cards/hardware on all PBR scenery

As to the future P3dv4 version I can't comment on it because even saying there is a 4.5 is a breach of the NDA we have.
Our next scenery will come 100% pbr so believe me I am confident we will not have this issue in the near future.

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Now that v4.5 is out - has anybody been able to check if this issue is fixed?
I have not yet upgraded myself due to my most used add-on airplane not yet being compatible with the latest version.
Thanks!
BR,
Tõnis

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Hi, been testing 4.5 for a few weeks now and trying to replicate the issue and it has not occured. Flew to our newest KMSY and did not happen with 4.5. So I think LM has cured the issue thus far.

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Hi guys!
I have already updated to V4.5 and wanted to do a quick flight from SCEL to SBGR and noticed that the wheels are sunken beneath the surface of the apron. Therefore I can confirm that 4.5 did not solve the issue at all. I will switch off PBR for SCEL until the issue is finally eliminated.

Hi, the issue with the sunken wheels doesn't have to do with PBR, its another issue which after we release KMSY we will look into fixing so that we send an update.
