Using Contrail No Discount

When the TJSJ scenery came out I started to use Contrail for the purchase but I noticed that prior customers who purchased your scenery via other web sites like Simmarket can't get the discount offered in Contrail. Is there anyway to migrate your customers from Simmarket into Contrail so that the discount can be applied? I've noticed that some of your new scenery actually does things in the background to deactivate existing scenery to accommodate your scenery which stands to reason to purchase in Contrail.

Hi, the only way discounts work is by buying from where you bought originally. Unfortunately that's the only way for now. Our apologies.
