SCEL NO LIGHTS AT NIGHT

Hello i would like to know how to solve this... at night i dont have taxiway center lights nor runway lights, not even approach lights. i do have platform ilumination and taxiway edge lights

installed, registrered and activated, all gates fully animated

edit: runway lights are on now, still missing taxiway centerlights
any way to solve it?
