Good day. I am experiencing major performance issues at LatinVFR airports (KFLL, KMIA, KMSY) with P3Dv4.5 HF3. Any aircraft (including default). Minimum settings in LatinVFR airports.
Sliders are all about half.
GTX 1060 6.0 GB
i5-9600KF @4.5GHZ 6-core
32GB RAM
Performance is only about 10 FPS in default F-22 without any addons, lowest of any sceneries I own... literally any other scenery and I'll be getting 120 FPS in the default F-22.

The amount of shadows, and the shadow quality is just too much for PBR mega airports. If you can please adjust that, that way you will enjoy them better.
You even have the 'non shadow content' enabled. That's strong.
