SCEL without runway (all) and taxi lights

Hello,

Today I returned to SCEL and arrived in there at the end of the afternoon, at twilight and saw the issues informed in the subject. Then I closed P3Dv4.5 HF2 and started again for continuation of the flight. It was dark before dawn and the same issues persisted.
Please help solving these.
