I've disabled all ORBX products and the problem still exists.

Its pretty strange what's going on, it would seem as another airport is loaded. You installed the P3dv5 version of KMSY? not the p3dv4?

If anyone is using an AI traffic package, it may have some 'airports' that can cause conflict. In this case it seems it hasn't. But if you can check to see if there is a set of modified airports it can cause issues like these.

Hi, I never received any emails from you.

I've confirmed I don't have any AI aircraft / traffic installed. I fly on VATSIM.

I've also tried disabling your scenery and taxing around the default airport. No issues while entering/existing RWY 29 with the default airport, or no other objects overlapping with the default airport objects (which might have indicated another airport scenery).

I just bought KMSY and I have the same problem with the default building showing and the elevation problem. I don't have any Orbx products for North America.

(I have P3D v5.1 with hotfix 1)
