Contrail App - not finishing install of KMSY 1.01

I purchased KMSY for MSFS yesterday. Today I saw there is a patch. It downloads it, installs it but I cannot find the folder in the community folder. When I get back to the product page I see it is still trying to finish the install but this never happens.

Any help solving this will be appreciated.

Hi there,

this was due to an error in the installation file.
The file has been replaced and tested, the download and installation should now perform normally.

Just an FYI, I did notice this update fixed the runway positioning issue on the map that I mentioned in my prior post on this support thread, but the runway spawn points are still reversed in the order I mentioned on that post. I know Ricardo had mentioned it would be fixed at a later time, but not sure if this update intended to do that or not. Just wanted to bring it up in case it was.

Hi, we truly apologize, we thought we resolved this issue, but it appears there is a problem, which we don't know exactly why is happening. Yes despite having released 4 more MSFS airports and not having this problem, there seems to be an issue at KMSY which we will have to look into. We thought we resolved but did not. We apologize.

Any updates on the runways being reversed at KMSY on the above post, the length of the jetways at LEBL, and the parking spots where you spawn too far forward across the different LVFR airports?
