it was KMIA because of the list of airports you mention was the only one with PBR.

After careful back tracking and research I find that the combination of ORBX and Black Marble is what officially cause the bottleneck with the FPS. By eliminating the ORBX from the "Terrain.cfg" and reinstating the Black Marble my FPS jumped up to 30+FPS.
