Strange flashing issues at KMIA, at certain angles

Hello all, I am having a strange issue with KMIA, it seems to flash something from underneath when viewing form different angles, it’s kinda hard to describe so I made a short video, keep your eyes on the airport as I turn my head.

I've had this issue with KMIA for some time now, before I just ignored it, but it's annoying. Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi, uninstall the current KMIA you have, re-download the current version and you should get this fixed. This is a problem we had with SODE.
